Chanter are a celtic band with roots in Ireland and Scotland, formed around brothers Roddy and Malcolm Rogers.

The band has toured extensively in Europe and Canada, performed at Cambridge Folk Festival, the Dart Festival, and West Country Storytelling Festival amongst others. Chanter have also supported Fairport Convention, an association which has continued, with Dave Pegg contributing his brilliant bass lines to several recent recordings.

The current line up features fiddle, guitars, bass, mandola and drums, as well as great singing.

Chanter play traditional and contemporary celtic music, and pretty much have a good time. So will you!
